Privacy Policy

This policy explains what REMY accesses, why it is needed, how it is handled, and the choices available to you. Last updated August 12, 2026.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the REMY mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). REMY is a transaction workflow assistant for real estate professionals. It is not a brokerage, legal service, or regulatory authority.

2. Data we handle

Information you provide

  • Your name, email address, phone number, brokerage details, profile, preferences, and support requests.
  • Transaction details, checklist progress, confirmations, and messages you send to REMY.

Google account data

When you choose to connect Google, REMY may access the following data only with your authorization:

  • Your basic Google account identity, including your email address.
  • Gmail messages, message metadata, and attachments relevant to transaction workflows.
  • Google Drive files and folders created or managed through REMY.
  • Google Calendar events created or managed through REMY.

Technical data

We may process device, app-version, connection, error, and activity information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How we use data

REMY uses data to provide the features you request, including:

  • Identifying real estate transactions, properties, participants, signatures, conditions, and closing dates from connected email.
  • Organizing signed transaction documents in your Google Drive.
  • Creating or updating relevant events in your Google Calendar.
  • Preparing daily briefs, reminders, checklists, and transaction status views.
  • Sending messages or emails you request or approve.
  • Authenticating your account, preventing misuse, troubleshooting, and supporting you.
Google API Limited Use

REMY’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. When data is shared

We do not sell personal information or Google user data, and we do not use it for advertising. Data may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate REMY, including:

  • Google, for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, authentication, and other services you connect.
  • Supabase, for authentication, database, and backend services.
  • Sendblue, for SMS and iMessage-compatible messaging features.
  • Apple, for iOS distribution, device services, or Sign in with Apple when used.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Service providers are permitted to process data only for the services they provide to REMY and subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

5. Storage, security, and retention

Signed transaction documents organized by REMY are stored in your connected Google Drive. REMY may temporarily process document contents to identify, split, label, and organize files. Account details, authorization tokens, transaction metadata, checklist progress, activity records, and settings may be stored in REMY’s service systems.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Verified deletion requests are completed subject to any legally required retention.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You may disconnect Google access from REMY and may also revoke access in your Google Account settings.
  • You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your REMY account.
  • You may request account deletion through our Account Deletion page.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time.

Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Children’s privacy

REMY is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as REMY changes. The current version will remain available at this URL with its latest revision date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.

Questions and privacy requests can be submitted through the secure REMY contact form. Contact-form details are used only to review and respond to your request.
