Privacy Policy

This policy explains what REMY accesses, why it is needed, how it is handled, and the choices available to you. Last updated September 25, 2026.

Website workspace and document uploads

Existing REMY users can sign in to the website using their original app sign-in method. The website displays and edits the same account’s records in Supabase; it does not create a separate copy of your workspace. Subscription purchases and new-account onboarding remain in the iPhone app. We store website session credentials in browser session storage to maintain your login; sign out when using a shared device.

When you upload a PDF, REMY preserves the original in private Supabase storage with its filename, fingerprint, upload status and account association. When you choose to read it, relevant document contents are sent to REMY’s configured OpenAI service for extraction. Documents may contain names, contact information, signatures and financial or transaction information. Only upload documents you are authorized to provide. Extracted results need agent review and do not themselves confirm execution.

Uploaded originals can be linked to a deal inside REMY. A private saved upload is not a confirmed Google Drive or OneDrive copy; the interface identifies this difference. Originals and extraction results are retained while needed for your account and removed through verified account deletion, subject to legal obligations. You can request removal of a particular upload through REMY support.

Trial and subscription data

Apple processes App Store subscription payments. REMY does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. We process Apple-signed purchase and renewal information, product and transaction identifiers, expiration and subscription status, and an account identifier linking the purchase to your REMY account. This information is verified and stored using REMY’s backend and Supabase to provide access, restore purchases, prevent fraud and handle subscription changes.

When available to eligible new subscribers, the 3-day free trial renews into the selected paid plan unless cancelled. Cancel in Apple subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid a charge. See subscription terms and cancellation instructions. Account deletion does not cancel Apple billing. Limited transaction records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.

REMY launch waitlist

Joining the website waitlist is free and does not create an app account, purchase a subscription, or connect your mailbox. We collect your first and last name, email address, country, and province or state to manage the launch list and, with your consent, email you about availability and early launch pricing.

You may also provide a phone number and date of birth as optional contact-profile details. Neither is needed for launch emails; leave them blank if you prefer. This form does not authorize marketing texts or calls.

Waitlist details and the time and version of your consent are stored in REMY’s private Supabase database. Resend delivers signup notifications to REMY’s operator in Gmail containing your name, email, and region, but not your phone number or birth date. We use a keyed network-address hash and short-lived attempt records to limit abuse; attempt records are removed after approximately 25 hours when the form is used again.

Waitlist details are retained while the launch list is in use or until you withdraw or request deletion, subject to legal obligations. We do not sell your signup information or use connected mailbox data to build this list. You can ask to access, correct, delete, or withdraw consent through REMY support, without having an app account. Joining does not guarantee a launch date or lock in a paid subscription price; final availability and terms will appear in the app.

With your launch-email consent, we also store your name and email address in Resend’s REMY Launch Waitlist to send availability and launch-pricing emails. Your phone number and birth date are not sent to Resend. Existing Resend unsubscribes are respected; joining this form again does not automatically resubscribe you. Launch marketing emails will include an unsubscribe link.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the REMY mobile application, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). REMY is a transaction workflow assistant for real estate professionals. It is not a brokerage, legal service, or regulatory authority.

2. Data we handle

Information you provide

  • Your name, email address, phone number, brokerage details, profile, preferences, and support requests.
  • Transaction details, checklist progress, confirmations, and messages you send to REMY.

Google account data

When you choose to connect Google, REMY may access the following data only with your authorization:

  • Your basic Google account identity, including your email address.
  • Gmail messages, message metadata, and attachments relevant to transaction workflows.
  • Google Drive files and folders created or managed through REMY.
  • Google Calendar events created or managed through REMY.

Microsoft account data

When you choose to connect Microsoft, REMY may access the following data only with your delegated authorization:

  • Your basic Microsoft account identity and email address.
  • Outlook Inbox and Sent messages, message metadata, and attachments relevant to transaction workflows.
  • Files in REMY's dedicated OneDrive application folder. REMY does not request access to unrelated OneDrive files.
  • Outlook Calendar events created or managed through REMY.
  • The ability to send an Outlook email only when you request or approve the message and recipient.

Technical data

We may process device, app-version, connection, error, and activity information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How we use data

REMY uses data to provide the features you request, including:

  • Identifying real estate transactions, properties, participants, signatures, conditions, and closing dates from connected email.
  • Organizing signed transaction documents in your connected Google Drive or REMY OneDrive application folder.
  • Creating or updating relevant events in your connected Google or Outlook calendar.
  • Preparing daily briefs, reminders, checklists, and transaction status views.
  • Sending messages or emails you request or approve.
  • Authenticating your account, preventing misuse, troubleshooting, and supporting you.
Google API Limited Use

REMY’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. When data is shared

We do not sell personal information or connected-service user data, and we do not use it for advertising. Data may be processed by service providers only as needed to operate REMY, including:

  • Google, for Gmail, Drive, Calendar, authentication, and other services you connect.
  • Microsoft, for Outlook, the REMY OneDrive application folder, Outlook Calendar, identity, and other services you connect.
  • Supabase, for authentication, database, and backend services.
  • OpenAI, to analyze document and message content for the REMY features you request. REMY does not use connected account data for advertising.
  • Sendblue, for SMS and iMessage-compatible messaging features.
  • Apple, for iOS distribution, device services, or Sign in with Apple when used.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

Service providers are permitted to process data only for the services they provide to REMY and subject to their applicable terms and safeguards.

5. Storage, security, and retention

Signed transaction documents organized by REMY are stored in your connected Google Drive or REMY's dedicated OneDrive application folder. REMY may temporarily process document contents to identify, split, label, and organize files. Account details, encrypted authorization tokens, transaction metadata, checklist progress, activity records, and settings may be stored in REMY’s service systems. REMY does not persist Microsoft access tokens.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No system can guarantee absolute security. We retain data while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the Service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Verified deletion requests are completed subject to any legally required retention.

6. Your choices and rights

  • You may disconnect Google access from REMY and may also revoke access in your Google Account settings.
  • You may disconnect Microsoft access from REMY. Work or school users may remove consent in Microsoft My Apps; personal-account users may remove it from their Microsoft account privacy or app-permissions settings. An organization administrator may need to remove administrator-granted consent.
  • You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your REMY account.
  • You may initiate account deletion inside REMY Settings or follow the steps on our Account Deletion page.
  • You may stop using the Service at any time.

Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide additional rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Children’s privacy

REMY is intended for real estate professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as REMY changes. The current version will remain available at this URL with its latest revision date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.
