Cancel your Apple subscription separately
Before deleting your account, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → REMY and cancel renewal. For a 3-day free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Texting STOP, uninstalling REMY or disconnecting an inbox does not cancel your subscription.
How to delete your account
Open REMY, go to Settings, choose “Account & legal,” then tap “Delete REMY account.” Review the summary and confirm the permanent deletion in the app.
If you cannot access the app, use the REMY contact form, choose “Account deletion,” and enter the email address associated with your REMY account. We will verify the request before completing it.
What is removed
After verification, REMY will delete or de-identify account information and REMY-held data that is not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes. This may include your profile, settings, stored connection credentials, transaction metadata, checklist progress, and REMY activity records.
What remains in your connected account
Deleting REMY does not automatically delete files already saved in Google Drive or REMY's OneDrive application folder, events created in Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, or emails in Gmail or Outlook. Those remain under your control and can be deleted directly in the relevant provider.
REMY deletes its stored Google and Microsoft connection credentials and stops using those services. You can separately revoke REMY from your Google Account's third-party connections page. Microsoft work or school users can remove consent in Microsoft My Apps; personal-account users can remove it in Microsoft account app-permissions settings. An administrator may need to remove administrator-granted consent.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained longer when required by law or reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
