1. Agreement
By accessing or using REMY’s mobile application, website, or related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
REMY is a workflow assistant designed to help real estate professionals organize connected email, transaction documents, dates, reminders, checklists, and communications. Features may change as the Service develops.
3. Accounts and connected services
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You may connect only accounts and data you are authorized to access. Your use of Google, Apple, messaging, and other third-party services remains subject to their terms.
You control whether to grant or revoke connected-service permissions. Some REMY features will not work after a required connection is removed.
4. Professional responsibility
REMY does not replace your professional judgment, brokerage supervision, lawyer, accountant, insurer, regulator, or required recordkeeping system.
You remain responsible for reviewing all documents, dates, signatures, messages, recipients, obligations, and transaction records before relying on or sending them. Automated extraction, classification, splitting, reminders, and suggestions can be incomplete or incorrect.
REMY is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for RECO, OREA, CREA, any real estate board, or any brokerage unless explicitly stated in writing. You are responsible for complying with the laws, rules, policies, forms, and instructions that apply to you.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to break the law, violate another person’s rights, access data without permission, distribute malware or spam, interfere with the Service, misrepresent automated output as verified legal advice, or attempt to bypass security or usage controls.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you provide or connect. You grant REMY the limited permission needed to process that content solely to operate, secure, support, and improve the user-facing Service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you process through REMY.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to maintain safety, reliability, or legal compliance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every message, attachment, signature, date, or transaction will be detected.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using REMY or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment for paid features, or a material breach of these Terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, REMY is provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. REMY’s operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, missed deadlines, lost transactions, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Ontario will have jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The latest version will be posted at this URL with its effective date. Continuing to use REMY after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
