How to request deletion
Open the REMY contact form, choose “Account deletion,” and enter the email address associated with your REMY account.
Include your full name. We will reply with confirmation and any steps needed to verify that the request belongs to you.
What is removed
After verification, REMY will delete or de-identify account information and REMY-held data that is not required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or recordkeeping purposes. This may include your profile, settings, stored connection credentials, transaction metadata, checklist progress, and REMY activity records.
What remains in your Google account
Deleting REMY does not automatically delete files already saved in your Google Drive, events created in your Google Calendar, or emails in Gmail. Those remain under your control and can be deleted directly in the relevant Google service.
You can separately revoke REMY’s access from your Google Account’s third-party connections page.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained longer when required by law or reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
